Making your plan work will be up to you. The last thing that you want to do is end up right back in the same situation that you were in to begin with so the first thing that you will probably need to do is prioritize your cashflow.
If you have encountered problems that were of a temporary nature such as an illness or job loss and your loan modification plan resolved that temporary need then will probably resume your routine without a hitch.
